Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may not do with Era Voice. It is part of the Terms of Service and applies to voices, imported or pasted documents, recordings, transcripts, podcast adaptations, review links, every request and every account. Voice cloning is powerful, and we run this Service on one principle: a voice belongs to its speaker.

We act on reports and on our own signals. Depending on severity we may warn you, remove voices or listings, revoke API keys, suspend or terminate accounts and, where the law requires it, report to law enforcement. Where necessary for a specific investigation or legal obligation, we may preserve limited records with a documented purpose and retention review date. Repeated or serious violations lead to permanent termination without refund.
